Warranty Inspections

From 2001 onwards the State Government decreed it was mandatory for all builders to install a physical termite barrier to pre-construction slabs. In all cases where a manufacturer’s product warranty for an installed termite barrier is in force, copies of a “Termite Inspection Report” should be retained in support of the manufacturer’s guidelines.
